Wednesday August 17th, 2011 9am-5pm

Be there to register for dance team! Remember there is a $100 Dance and drill athletic fee (check made out to NEHS) and a $100 Dance team fee (check made out to NEDT). Free and reduced lunch pay 20%. Also a $30 asb card.

There are many papers to fill out as well about your physical, overall health, insurance and athletic training rules form. If you don’t have those papers anymore from the spring meeting you can get more at the school that day.

If you are on free and reduced lunches you need to bring in evidence with you to show the school at registration to receive the discount for sports.

You must get the eligibility paper signed by Corey Nicholsen, the athletic director, to turn in to me on Monday Morning August 22nd, 8am, the first practice of daily doubles. Without this paper you will have to sit out and observe until you get the official sheet to begin.

This calendar has all of the Vocabulary Quiz and Chapter Exam dates. This calendar also contains the daily HW. The calendar will most likely be 95% accurate. However, everything is subject to change. I reserve the right to change these assignments and dates.

Monday September 14th we will begin our regular schedule!
• Tuesday /Thursday 3:45-5:30pm

• Wed/Friday 6am-7:30am (some Wednesdays might get cancelled, we will let you know the week of )

Saturday September 12th Pom pom distribution at Autzen

All dancers must attend, plus, please bring friends and parents (we need a minimum group of 20) to distribute pom poms at the 1st U of O football game. Meet at 12:50pm in the Casanova center parking lot at Autzen Stadium on Sat Sept 12th(yes we can park there too). We will work from 1-3pm. Let me know ASAP who is helping with that so I can put them on the gate list.

Concourse clean up assignments during Football season

Here is the finalized game schedule. Games start times are subject to change. Be there to work two hours before the game and during the game thru the 3rd quarter of the game. Explicit details to come soon! Remember, you are responsible to work your game dates. If you have an emergency you must find someone else (they have to be female) to replace your position. Then let me, and your adult team leader for the game, know who your replacement is.
